Best fishing charter I have been on - location is beautiful, food is delicious and the fishing is amazing - the staff consistently going above and beyond was what really made the trip though. Can’t wait to go back! Special shout out to Dean - might be the hardest working guy I have seen on a fishing boat.

Highly recommend Reel Obsession Fishing, everything was top notch! You only had to mention that you needed something and no hesitation was made to deliver. We stayed in the Canary room--plenty of room for the two of us. The food was definitely a close second to the fishing itself. Chef Chris and Carrie exceeded all expectations. And for the highlight---the fishing. Dean was our guide, his first year guiding but he had the instincts and skills of a veteran guide. We had lots of fun and caught our quota of fish. We even came second in the derby. Can't thank all of the staff for making our trip unforgettable. Everyone always had a smile on their face, from early morning to night. Can't wait to go back!

I had a great time fishing with Reel Obsession. All the staff are professional, friendly and thoughtful. The food was delicious and they were accommodating to my peanut allergy. The room was comfortable and clean, the inside was finished with cedar and smelt amazing. The fishing guide Dean was skilled and proficient with the boat and all his gear. He was personable and shared lots of knowledge about the local area and wildlife. We caught a limit of fish, which the staff packaged for transport. Our first trip to Reel Obsession guaranteed we’ll be back again. Communication and planning leading up to our opening weekend visit were tremendous, and we got the warmest welcome from Angie and Adrian. Zeballos is a scenic and convenient location, the lodge has a great atmosphere, the food and hospitality are first class, and most importantly the fishing was unreal. Looking for a west coast experience? Look no further!

Had another fantastic trip to Zeballos with Reel Obsession. Everything is top notch from the comfy rooms, top rate meals, housekeeping, fish processing and the hardest working guides I've ever had the pleasure to fish with. Everyone goes above and beyond to make this a trip we will continue to do year after year. This was our 6th time fishing with this amazing crew.

The meals provided were above and beyond what I was expecting. The chef served some fantastic meals. One of the best fishing trips we have ever been on. Angie and her staff are top notch. from the first minute you get to the lodge to the time you leave. Food was amazing and the service was incredible. the rooms were great and very clean and conferrable. We recently had the privilege of fishing in Zeballos with Reel Obsession and it was amazing. Our guide, Tipper was knowledgeable, professional and fun and we caught a ton of fish. The guides all take great pride in their work maintaining the boats and equipment in top shape. And the food- Chef Chris and his staff continually serve up delectable gourmet meals. WOW! We stayed in the guesthouse which is a historic old hotel, refurbished with all the modern amenities. So nice to see the history of the village being preserved.
